Woodfordia Folk Club stands on the traditional lands of the Jinibara People.
The home of Festival of Small Halls Australia, Woodfordia is a luscious 500-acre property in beautiful Moreton Bay region. The event will welcome a weekend of Woodfordian magic, with working bees across the weekend, and our monthly Folk Club event on Saturday night. Conservatree, Tree Huggers, the Woodfordia Traditional Music School, Arteries and Warriors groups all meet monthly.

Festival of Small Halls returns to Woodford on Friday, 25 July 2025 with Champagne Weather and Charm of Finches.

Full Admission – $25
Child Admission (Aged 15 and Under) – $15
Children 3 and Under – Free
All tickets include camping for The Weekend at Woodfordia.
Bar and food will be available to purchase from 5pm.

Charm of Finches Songwriting Workshop – $15
Ages 8+, The Deck, 9:30am
Sisters Mabel and Ivy of award-winning Australian folk-pop duo Charm of Finches take time out of their Winter Small Halls tour to offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of songwriting in a one-off hands-on workshop. You’ll get the chance to write a song with the sisters exploring all aspects of songwriting such as lyric writing techniques, song structure, chord progressions and arranging. Bring instrument if desired, no experience necessary.
James Hill (Champagne Weather) Booster Ukulele Workshop – $15
Ages 10+, The Duck, 9:30am
Booster Uke takes you from “ho-hum” to “big fun” in a relaxed, stress-free way! The secret: Chord Twins, a simple technique that will change the way you play. Join James, “one of the world’s top composers for the ukulele” (Rafe Mair, 600AM Vancouver), and third-generation ukulele player for a 75 minute workshop. Please BYO ukulele, all skill levels.
