Roma, 6 October 2023

St Paul’s Parish Hall, QLD, Mandandanji Country

St Paul’s Parish Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Mandandanji People.

Roma is on the tourist trail and is known for its bottle trees, largest cattle selling centre, the Big Rig AND the magnificent St Paul’s Anglican Church. The Parish Hall was built in 1906 at a cost of 340 pounds. It was used for services during the construction of the now iconic St Paul’s Anglican Church beside it.

Festival of Small Halls rolls into Roma on Friday, 6 October 2023 with Monique Clare and Shane Pendergast.

Opening the show will be Chloe Rose and Rebe Cunningham!

Chloe Rose is a student in Year 12 at St John’s School Roma. Her favorite music genres include musical theatre, pop rock, and indie folk. You may have recently caught her performance as the ‘Baker’s Wife’ in St John’s latest musical production of ‘Into the Woods’. Chloe also enjoys participating in local Roma & District Eisteddfods and aspires to continue pursuing performing arts in the future.

Rebe Cunningham is a 14 year old from Roma who loves performing character roles in songs and plays.
