Situated in the leafy grounds of the Orange Health Service precinct, the Bloomfield Hall is an iconic venue with a long history of hosting performances in all areas of the arts in the Orange community. Don’t be surprised if you encounter a group of kangaroos lazing under the trees near the hall!

Festival of Small Halls returns to Orange on Sunday, 27 February 2022 with Karen Lee Andrews and Juzzie Smith.

Opening the show will be local act The Boneyard Tango!

The Boneyard Tango are a three-piece band featuring Vocals, Guitar and Double Bass. The repertoire revolves around a dark country or southern gothic americana sound, drawing influences from bluegrass, rockabilly and blues with a pun folk attitude. Whist the songs they play tell stories of criminal behaviour, drinkin’ whiskey, killin’ folks, going to Hell, deals with the devil, lost love and betrayal, heartache and misery, the musical sound is dynamic, lively, and irrepressible. Your feet will be tapping, and you’ll have a spontaneous desire to move to the rhythm of this rootsy high energy band. Barnyard Tango are:
