Macleay Island Community Centre Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Quandamooka Country People.

Festival of Small Halls returns to Macleay Island (Alcheringa) on Thursday, 14 December 2023 with Jackie Marshall and Assynt. 

Opening the show will be local act Tim Caterer!

Tim Caterer is a 44 years old musician with 30 years of playing experience, He has recently completed his diploma of music performance and he is also currently completing his bachelor of contemporary music. He is also a producer and has released his own music, as a cover musician he can play any style that suits and has an excellent vocal range. He loves Rock, Funk and most contemporary styles but he specializes in Blues. He is also a loop artist and utilizes technology to create a 1 man band experience.

Food sales and the bar will be open from 5.30pm. The bar will have a variety of beers, mixes, white wine, red wine, sparkling wine & soft drinks. Tea & coffee will be available.

Full Admission – $35
Concession Admission (Pensioners, Health Care Card) – $30
Child Admission (Aged 10 and Under – Must Be Accompanied By An Adult) – $0

Macleay Island Community Centre Hall has accessible entry (ramp) and has accessible bathrooms (ramp and handrails).

Festival of Small Halls events take place in venues operating under an approved QLD Health Covid Safe Event Checklist, and has stringent Workplace Health and Safety requirements for all travelling artists and crew.
