Eudlo, 18 December 2022

Eudlo Hall, QLD, Gubbi Gubbi Country

Eudlo Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Gubbi Gubbi People.

Eudlo’s beautiful hall is the third iteration of this historic institution, built by volunteers in the 1950’s from timber milled at Olsen’s sawmill. In the heart of old logging country, Eudlo farmers regularly collected trophies at the Ekka for their artistic displays of locally grown fruit including pineapples, strawberries and bananas. In more recent years, Eudlo’s own homegrown festival, Eudlo Music Nights, grew out of our love affair with FOSH.

Festival of Small Halls returns to Eudlo on Sunday, 18 December 2022 with Inn Echo and Sam Buckingham.

Opening the show will be local act Gabrielle Kerr!

Gabrielle Kerr speaks truths. The young raconteur is an old soul watching this new world spin. Her introspective lyrics will draw you in as she crows with hints of blues, folk and rock in the songbird’s melodies. Telling tales of life, death and all things in between. She shares the dark cynicism of Hozier, is inspired by the blues rock jams of Kaleo and Elle King, and has the powerful lyricism of Aurora. No stranger to the stage, she’s performed at festivals such as the Tamworth Country Music Festival, the Urban Festival and the Gympie Music Muster. Her debut EP, The Truth of Flowers, is available on all platforms.

“…it would be easy to mistake her as someone who’s been releasing music for decades.” -Blank GC

Tea, coffee and cake (gf option) will be available on the night.
The Hall Association will be running a bar, selling beer and wine as a fundraiser.
