QCWA Cunningham Memorial Hall, QLD, Keinjan and Githabul Country

The Cunningham Memorial Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Keinjan people and the Gitabul people.
This Hall, built in one of the towns along the mighty Condamine river, was built for the local CWA ladies in 1955. There used to be a rail siding near the Hall, and a large grain shed, as well as a general store and a post office. All that remains is the Hall, the post office which is now a private residence – and of course, the ladies of Cunningham, who keep it active.
Festival of Small Halls returns to Cunningham on Sunday 5th September 2021 with Paddy McHugh (AUS) and Sue Ray (AUS).
Ryan Cooper will open the show!

Ryan Cooper is a local country bloke from Bony Mountain, Warwick, Queensland. He has a strong passion for music. Ryan’s musical taste widely varies from, Classic Country, Rock, New Wave, and even a little bit of Pop.
