Cooroy Memorial Hall, QLD, Kabi Kabi/ Gubbi Gubbi Country

Cooroy Memorial Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Kabi Kabi/ Gubbi Gubbi People.

Cooroy Memorial Hall sits proudly in the heart of this lovely hinterland town. Completed in 1926, the Hall stands as a memorial for the local servicewomen and men who represented the district in WWI. The hall continues to be cherished by the town as a majestic symbol of community spirit, cultural values and social wellbeing. Everyone is welcome at the Hall, to enjoy its authentic heritage, ambience and excellent facilities. In turn, visitors may share respect for the efforts and commitment of the local people, past and present who cherish this wonderful shared space.

Festival of Small Halls returns to Cooroy on Thursday, 19 October 2023 with Monique Clare and Shane Pendergast.
