F.E. Logan Hall, QLD, Western Wakka Wakka, Giabal, and Jarowair Country

F.E. Logan Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Western Wakka Wakka, Giabal, and Jarowair People.
Over the past 94 years, the F. E. Logan Hall, named in honour of one of the town’s finest men, has hosted countless functions and events and played an integral part of the town’s fabric. While the F. E. Logan Hall no longer hosts Debutante or Gala Balls it still plays an important role in Clifton’s social life: a variety of community groups use the hall on a regular basis including an indoor bowls club and a dance school. Other functions in the hall range from occasional bush dances, a yearly Harvest Ball, Anzac Day breakfast, Wattles end of year celebration and for market stalls during Country Week.
Festival of Small Halls rolls into Clifton on Saturday, 6 June 2026 with Barleyshakes Duo and Old Man Luedecke (Can).

Opening the show will be David Fogarty!
After growing up in Clifton, David has travelled, lived and worked in both rural towns and large cities. Through these years, David has developed a deep love for folk and country music, both for the soulful lyrics, and the fun and welcoming vibes it creates. David is excited to be back to his roots, with his guitar, harmonica and footstomps.
