Captain Creek Community Sport and Recreation Club, QLD, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, Bailai and Bunda Country

Captain Creek Community Sport and Recreation Club stands on the traditional lands of the Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, Bailai and Bunda People.
Captain Creek is a small rural community with the club as its hub. We are hoping to get a permanent roof for our club’s outside area in the next year! This will be Captain Creeek’s third year of hosting Small Halls. 2020 was a small pilot, 2021 was a Covid and weather impacted event which was successful despite the rain. We will have a new floor this year.
Festival of Small Halls returns to Captain Creek on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 with Inn Echo and Sam Buckingham.
Opening the show will be local act Ben Evolent!

Joshua Tarca is Ben Evolent Music. He is an award winning local singer-songwriter. Joshua performs a combo of folk, reggae and blues music.
Meals will be available at the Hall, selling burgers and chips. There will also be a Bar Service.
